Spots are already getting filled for the missions trip to the dominican Republic in April! If you are interested in going, please see Linda Halterman for an application and additional information as soon as possible. Thank you.
The Peoples' Pantry
The pantry will once again be distributing Thanksgiving Baskets to families in need. Non-perishable food items can be dropped off during pantry hours. Non-perishable foods include: gravy, cranberry sauce, stuffing, canned vegetables, canned fruit, juice, olives, and pickles. To donate perishable items please call Brenda at 476-1880 or Jen at 508-615-1437 to make arrangements. We have freezer space donated for turkeys. Other perishable items are: pies, fresh fruit and veggies, rolls and butter. If you know of someone in need of a basket please call Brenda or Jen.
The Peoples' Pantry
The pantry is now collecting winter clothing, coats, hats and gloves of all sizes (kids & adults). Winter clothing may be dropped off during pantry hours, Tues. 3 - 5 pm and Sat. 9 - 11 am. If you need to make other arrangements call Brenda, 476 - 1880.
Prayer Meeting
There will be a prayer meeting held at 6:oo pm on Nov. 16th at Second Congregational Church. It will involve several nearby CCCC churches and we will be praying for our nation, it's leaders and other important topics.
Molestation Prevention Training
There is going to be a Sexual Molestation Prevention seminar held on Friday, November 14th from 6:00 - 7:30 pm at Second Congregational Church. Everybody that volunteers and works with children during church activities (i.e. T.G.I.F., Sunday school, nursery etc.) in any capacity should plan to attend.
